A modern concept of Spanish food, Llamber offers creative and artisanal tapas in a unique space. Market cuisine with the best seasonal and local products combining asturian and mediterranean gastronomy.
The Llamber concept was born in Avilés, Asturias, in the 2009 by the combination of origins and professional experiences of Francisco Heras and Eva Arbonés, finding the way in between traditional asturian cuisine and the fine dinning restaurants. His path from recognised catalan kitchens like the El Bulli, Freixa o Angel Palacios and hers with hospitality experience and interior designer in all her establishments like Cal Paller.
5 years later the concept has been brought to Barcelona with the same name that in Avilés, recovering the interchange of culinary cultures. Finally the seek of tradition of the catalan/asturian roots give us the chance to open El chigre 1769, a cider and vermouth bar.
